Synopsis

The movie begins when a young squire with a gift for jousting finds his knight dead and wanders the countryside starving. Life improves for the young man when he decides to illegally enter jousting competitions and begins winning regularly. With the acclaim comes female adoration and the squire finds himse caught between love, his imposter-knighthood, and the ability to joust better than anyone in Europe.
