Jennifer Love Hewitt: Bond...Make That Chan Girl!
Sep 25, 2002 - Lynn Barker
She's the gal most guys 14 to 21 would love to date but she says nobody calls! She loves doing stunts but she's a klutz. We wanted to know more about this hot star and her role as a Bond-style heroine in the new fantasy/comedy/action film The Tuxedo.
We first see Jennifer as she is being carried around the hotel hall by co-star Jackie Chan. Finally she escapes and enters wearing a designer Armani Ladies-style tux, gold and black dangle "gypsy" earrings and carrying a big bag of M&M's which she passes around to the journalists in the room. She's very high energy, funny, friendly and speaks very fast about her fear of drowning, claustrophobia, balancing her music and acting careers, her love of Latino men and the fact that purple M&M's are "un-American".
Jennifer: (Passing around bag of M&Ms) Want some? I need a sugar rush!
TeenHollywood: This is like a Bond film gone wacky. Do you have a favorite Bond film?
Jennifer: I don't know that much about the Bond movies but I've always wanted to be a Bond Girl. But, now that I have been a "Chan Girl," which is the new trend that I'm convinced I'm starting, I'd rather be a Chan Girl because it's a lot more fun.
