Fashion designer Nicky Hilton and her TV producer boyfriend David Katzenberg are planning a winter wedding, according to reports.

The couple, both 25, has been dating for the past two years, and has decided to take the plunge and tie the knot.

They were overheard chatting about their plans earlier this month at a Los Angeles restaurant.

An insider tells Star magazine, "They are thinking about a December or January wedding.

"They want it to take place after the Christian and Jewish holidays."

Hilton is the sister of Paris Hilton and daughter of Hilton hotel heir Rick and Kathy Hilton. Katzenberg's dad is Shrek movie producer Jeffrey Katzenberg.
