50 Cent Buys Up Ex-Lover's Life Story
Jul 30, 2008 - World Entertainment News Network
Clever 50 Cent has bought up the rights to his ex-girlfriend Shaniqua Tompkins' life story so she can never pen a book about her romance with the rapper.
Tompkins, the mother of the rap star's son Marquise, is currently battling 50 Cent in court for custody of the 11-year-old and child support.
But the rapper can be sure about one thing - his ex will never be able to write a tell-all.
He says, "I bought the rights to her life story so she couldn't write a book."
"I seen her being ridiculous; I knew her capabilities of going in that direction, so I bought the rights."
