Lindsay Lohan is making good progress in satisfying her probation requirements after pleading guilty to drink driving last year, according to her lawyer.

The Mean Girls star was arrested twice in 2007 on drink driving charges and was sentenced to one day in prison, a community service order and an 18-month alcohol education program.

The actress also had to complete a three-day county coroner scheme in which she had to talk to victims of drink drivers and visit a morgue.

And as Lohan is still on probation she is required to give regular progress reports in court.

The star was not present at court in Beverly Hills, California on Tuesday but her attorney, Blair Berk, told the judge that the actress is "completely on track with everything."

Lohan's next progress hearing has been set for January 2009.
