Fools Gold Hits The Jackpot At Box Office

Matthew Mcconaughey and Kate Hudson's new movie Fools Gold has shot to the top of the U.s. box office, taking $22 million over three days.
The second outing for the pair - following 2003's How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days - has shocked studio bosses at Warner Brothers, who have admitted the takings exceeded their estimates by $4 million.
New at number two is Martin Lawrence comedy Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins with $17.1 million.
The Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert dropped to number three, taking $10.5 million - with a huge $53.4 million earnings so far.
Jessica Alba's horror film The Eye slipped two places to number four in its second week, taking $6.6 million.
Oscar-hopeful Juno tied with Katherine Heigl's 27 Dresses, both taking $5.7 million each.
