Spidey is on top of the world. He's loved by everyone including his beloved Mary Jane who is in a new Broadway play. Peter is ready to propose but he's also getting pretty self-centered and clueless. He messes up his relationship. Mary Jane gets fired from the play and turns to Harry for comfort. Parker also learns that his uncle's real killer is a small time crook named Flint Marko who has turned into the huge Sandman. An alien creature has attached itself to Peter turning him to the dark side. This plot just goes on and on. It involves Gwen Stacy, Eddie Brock and more surprises.
Video/Audio: The widescreen picture quality is really excellent. I had a little trouble seeing the many night scene battles but it was probably just a TV adjustment I needed to make. The Dolby Digital 5.1. sound is great. The music score booms through nicely and all the sounds of the battles etc. are balanced through the speakers. Dialogue is clean and clear. Excellent.
