You know how those underground parking garages can seem harmless during the day but when you get out of school, or work, or shopping late and you have to walk to your car waaaaaaay over there in the corner on level P2, you get a little creeped out and you walk a little faster. "Is there some jerk or monster waiting to jump me, hijack my car or...worse"?

In this week's thriller P2, young actress Rachel Nichols has just those thoughts going through her pretty head and, in her case, they're true! Cutie Wes Bentley plays a security guard who wants to get real friendly with her character real fast! We sat down in Beverly Hills with tall, blonde ex-model Rachel who looked all casual classy in sleeveless, gray sweater tunic with matching gray scarf over jeans and gold flip flops! Yes flip flops. It IS California in November.

Rachel played Rachel Gibson on the popular TV series "Alias" and she was in The Amityville Horror, The Woods and played opposite Josh Hartnett as a news researcher in the recent Resurrecting the Champ. She'll appear in the much anticipated Tom Hanks film Charlie Wilson's War and the sequel to The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. The gorgeous blonde is very friendly and she told us all about the long night shoots and the physical pain and emotional strain that she went through while making this cool thriller. We also talk fashion and Rachel gives us tips on parking lot safety! The now very healthy actress admits to a bout with eating disorders back in her modeling days and credits "Alias" and Jen Garner's trainer for helping her kick those bad habits.
