Gwen Stefani burst into tears trying to keep her pregnancy a secret from fans each night during her Love Angel Music Baby tour.
The Sweet Escape singer, who gave birth to son Kingston last year, struggled through nine costume changes each show and would cry before going onstage.
She says, "It was terrible. I was bloated and just felt so gross."
