Actress Evan Rachel Wood has followed Mischa Barton's example by snubbing the Hollywood party scene.

The 19-year-old Thirteen star prefers a quiet life with her 38-year-old rocker boyfriend Marilyn Manson to the night clubs and bars of Los Angeles.

She tells the UK edition of Elle magazine, "I'm not saying I'm better than anyone else, but that kind of lifestyle never really appealed. I hate smoking and I'm hopeless at drinking.

"I'm not saying I'm an angel, I just don't have an addictive personality. Even today, with Manson, I'm happier staying at home watching movies."

Earlier this week Barton slammed the scene too, claiming she was tired of the two-faced nature of local party girls.
