Queen Latifah is to star in a remake of 1984 comedy All Of Me.

The original film starred Latifah's Bringing Down The House co-star Steve Martin and Lily Tomlin.

In the original film, Tomlin played a dying heiress who inhabits the body of an attorney, portrayed by Martin.
