The Desperate Housewives star checked out of the Promises clinic in Los Angeles where he is being treated for alcoholism.
The actor, who is dating Girls Aloud singer Nadine Coyle, started a course of treatment on March 19 after a fourday bender.
Nadine, 21, is planning to fly to LA to make sure her boyfriend finishes his treatment.
