Kate Bosworth isn't wasting any time moving on from her broken romance with Orlando Bloom - she was spotted enjoying a romantic meal with new beau James Rousseau at Las Vegas restaurant Tao last night, January 9, 2007.

The actress and her date made a commotion when they asked staff at the swanky diner to help them pick from the menu - as neither had ever visited "Tao" before - but skinny Bosworth didn't eat.

A Tao source says, "She asked the server for suggestions from the menu and decided on crispy tuna, chicken satay, edamame, miso soup and two Coronas [beer].

"But when the meal arrived, she didn't touch anything except the miso soup while the guy ate the rest... She looked really thin."

The "Superman" star didn't leave "Tao" staff in any doubt that her dinner date was her new love.

The insider adds, "Kate snuck in a little smooch with this guy and didn't seem to care who saw it. They seemed very happy and much more than just friends."

Generous Bosworth will be welcomed back to "Tao" - the bill came to $80 and she left a $25 tip.
