Hangin' with the Stars at the Rose Bowl
Aug 1, 2006 - Lynn Barker
Here we are coming to you from the 50 yard line of the famous Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California. We're standing on a giant blue and white CBS "eye". The only football games going on tonight involve some TV execs, journalists and actors trying to win a game of pass and toss the football for points! This is the CBS network's Summer party and we're here to chat with some of our fave TV stars.

First, it's hot and we're not just talking about the hot, popular stars all around us. We're talking over 100 degrees. Picture the huge field, surrounded by balloons and decked out with various food booths (barbeque ribs, Mexican, hot dogs, cotton candy, etc.). Big screens with scenes from various CBS series play all around us as the Goodyear blimp, touting the merits of the network's new shows, flies overhead. There is a college band playing on either side as we walk through a balloon arch. First, we spot cute David Krumholtz, star of the network's solve-crimes-with-math series "Numbers" or "Numb3rs" as it is cleverly labeled. Why is this dude in a suit in this Florida-style heat!

TeenTelevision: Okay, we've all established how hot it is but how hot were you at Math in school? What grades did you get?
