Holly Hamilton (Hilary Duff) will stop at nothing to find her mom (Heather Locklear) the perfect man so that her family can finally settle down in one city for more than a few weeks. After another move, this time to Brooklyn, Holly's mom sets out on a series of dreadful dates and starts to lose hope yet again. Desperate to make her mom believe there really is such a thing as the perfect man, Holly comes up with the next best thing, she makes him up! The idea is to sweep her mother off of her feet long enough for Hilary to find her the real thing. But like most schemes, this one isn't fool proof and soon things begin to unravel and one crazy mishap after another keeps Holly on her toes so her mother stays in the dark!

Special Features:

Hours of extras here that will keep you entertained long after the movie has stopped.

First on the list is a feature titled "Mom & Me": Here Hilary and Heather talk about mother/daughter dynamics on and off the screen. Hilary fans are sure to love this.

Next up go inside the Hair and Makeup and Wardrobe trailer to get a peek at how the looks for each scene were created. Carson Kressley from "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy" is an hilarious host for the segment.
