You may have hated her as a blonde! Or, at least, you were not too fond of her witchy character in the high school hit Mean Girls, but, now-brunette actress Rachel McAdams, is actually very sweet. This Canadian cutie was on the sidelines of Hollywood when she was picked for a role in The Hot Chick in 2002. That zany comedy was followed by the super romantic (girls loved it, guys didn't hate it) tear-jerker The Notebook which showed that the ex-figure skater had some serious acting chops.

Now, Rachel plays the object of Owen Wilson's affections as a society chick not too thrilled with the guy her parents have chosen for her in the comedy Wedding Crashers and you can catch her in August in the Wes Craven thriller Red-Eye. On our interview day in Beverly Hills, Rachel was stylish in jeans, brown high-lighted hair pulled back in a loose ponytail and all topped off with a cute black pin-stripe jacket with floral embroidery cuffs.

The friendly actress talked about working with shy-ish Owen and out-there wacky Vince Vaughn, choosing to live in Canada, her mom's boyfriend choice for her, her love of forbidden video games and her busy, busy schedule with several new films to hit screens soon.
