Demi Lovato celebrated her 19th birthday at showman Jeff Beacher's Madhouse in Hollywood on Thursday night.
The singer/actress started her celebrations two days early because she'll be at pal Kim Kardashian's wedding on her actual birthday.
Guests at the glam rock-themed party included dancer Derek Hough.
The alcohol-free bash was a joint birthday celebration with her clothing designer friend Hanna Beth.
