Kourtney Kardashian Sued

Reality TV star Kourtney Kardashian is facing legal action from bosses at a clothing company over merchandise she allegedly stocked in her Los Angeles boutique.

Lawyers for Flowers by Zoe filed suit against the socialite on 1 July over claims she failed to pay $2,331 for items from the teen fashion house that she sold in her kids' clothing store Smooch.

The 31 year old ran the business with her mum Kris Jenner for six years before closing it last year to focus on her family.

A hearing has been scheduled for 3 January, reports Eonline.com.
