Miley Cyrus is #5 in the 2009 "Women of the Year" List

17 year old superstar Miley Cyrus has been named the #5 Woman of the Year by MTV. From her nearly naughty photo shoot in Vanity Fair to her amazing rise to super stardom, Miley is always talked about.

Looking back over the year there were definitely some controversial days with Miley. She had a fight with Jamie Foxx on the radio, broke up with her boyfriend Justin Gaston, and even admitted she’s never heard a Jay-Z song. And to top it all off, she wore a low cut gown when she went to met the Queen of England! This year Miley even shocked fans by deleting her Twitter account and, most recently, she was seen smooching with her movie co-star, Liam Hemsworth.

Still, Miley is a super woman and her fans adore her!
