Kevin Federline Hopes for Britney
Britney Spears' ex husband Kevin Federline has no qualms with the pair's two young sons trekking across the world on her Circus tour - because he is "rooting for her all the way".
The pop superstar wrapped up her North American shows in Montreal, Canada earlier this month and will head to London in June to continue her Circus tour.
Rumours circulated stating Federline had initially objected to plans for Sean Preston, three, and two-year-old Jayden James to follow their mum across the U.S. and Europe.
But the reports were quickly shot down by Spears' camp, who declared the former couple had come to an agreement over the kids' schedule.
And Federline's lawyer has backed up the claims, insisting his client is extremely happy with the way the children have adjusted to life on the road - and is happy his ex wife has her career back on track.
Attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan tells E! Online, "They worked out an arrangement to facilitate her being able to go on tour without having to sacrifice her ability to see the kids.
"Kevin is happy with how the kids are doing and he's happy that he's been able to work out an arrangement where Britney is pursuing her professional goals and Kevin is rooting for her all the way.
"She'll go on tour, she'll go to the venues, but Kevin will be there with the kids. There won't be any change in the custody schedule in Europe or anywhere she is on tour."
He adds, "The kids are great, they're really happy. They're very well adjusted kids, as well adjusted as you can expect. They will always push the envelope but I think that they have the absolute privilege of having two parents who absolutely love them. Everyone has worked for making sure that they're not a product of all of the attention and commotion."
