The Mean Girls actress has set the asking price for the 40th-floor two-bedroom midtown Manhattan home at $1.2 million (?857,000).
The apartment boasts two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open chef's kitchen and unobstructed views of the Statue of Liberty.
But Lohan will take a financial hit in exchange for a quick sale - other apartments in the same building are reportedly on the market for a much higher price, reports MSNBC.com.
