According to TMZ.com, Britney Spears was sitting in the back seat of her Cadillac Escalade in West Hollywood when her car was rear ended by a paparazzi.
There's some confusion about whether they hit her, as Britney says, or if her car backed up and hit the paparazzi's car, which is what the driver says.
No one was hurt and Britney was a real trooper - and kept on shopping!
