Hilton Movie Proves A Nottie At The Box Office

Paris Hilton's latest attempt to break through as a movie star in The Hottie + The Nottie has proved a huge flop with U.s. cinemagoers.
The new film, in which Hilton plays a stunner with an ugly best friend, took just $27,696 in 111 cinemas across America last weekend.
The miniscule box office haul means an average of 31 people per movie theatre watched The Hottie + The Nottie over the three-day period.
Hilton's last starring role was in 2005 horror film House Of Wax.
