Mischa's Mug Shot Released

Actress Mischa Barton was arrested for investigation of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license, possessing a controlled substance and possessing marijuana, according to a statement from Los Angeles County Sheriff's office spokesperson Sgt. John Hocking.

She was arrested at 2:45am and spent about seven hours in the jail before being released on $10,000 bail. According to Hollyscoop.com, her mother picked her up this morning at 10:05am and Mischa hid in the back seat of the car to avoid photographers.
