Serial dater Lindsay Lohan has a new man - Malibu, California designer Spencer Guilbert.
The actress, who dumped snowboarder Riley Giles earlier this month, has been spotted out on romantic dates with the hunky 24-year-old, according to CelebrityBabylon.com.
The site claims 21-year-old Lohan met the University of Southern California (usc) graduate "through friends".
Spencer has his own clothing line, called Lord Royale.
