Busta Rhymes Accused Of Assault

Rapper Busta Rhymes has been accused of attacking a fan during a concert last year.

The hip-hop star - real name Trevor Smith - was named in a lawsuit filed by fan Roberto LeBron at Manhattan Superior Court on Tuesday.

LeBron claims Smith and nine of his bodyguards kicked him in the head following a concert in August.

Smith's attorney Scott Leemon tells TMZ.com he has yet to see the lawsuit and has "no comment until I see it".

Smith currently faces four separate trials for charges, including drunk driving, driving with a suspended license and assaulting a former employee.

In May, Smith settled a $100,000 lawsuit filed by fan Melvin Smith who accused the star of attacking him in a Manhattan sandwich shop in 2005.
