Lohan Staying With Her Mother

Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan has surfaced for the first time since her driving under the influence arrest last month - she's staying with her mother Dina in Long Island, New York.

The Mean Girls actress was arrested in Los Angeles on 24 July, and charged with Dui - for the second time in two months - and possession of cocaine.

Lohan's whereabouts have been unknown after she was released on $25,000 bail in Santa Monica, California.

The 21-year-old, who was released from a 46-day stay in rehab on July 13th, 11 days before her latest arrest, is due in a Santa Monica court on August 24th.
