Jolie Rules Out Marriage To Pitt

Angelina Jolie has ruled out plans to marry partner Brad Pitt, insisting their children are what 'binds them together'.

Jolie, 31, already has two failed marriages behind her: she wed Jonny Lee Miller in 1996 and divorced in 1999, while her union to Billy Bob Thornton ended in a 2003 divorce.

Pitt separated from his wife of five years, Friends actress Jennifer Aniston, in January 2005 shortly before he began a relationship with his Mr and Mrs Smith co-star and their divorce was finalised in October that year.

The superstar couple have three adopted children together: Maddox, five; Pax Thien, three and Zahara, two, as well as their biological daughter Shiloh, 11 months, and feel the bond they share as a family is enough for happiness.

She tells Reader's Digest magazine, "We've both been married before. Our focus when we got together was family, and we are legally bound to our children. That really seems to be the most important thing."
