Latest: British singer James Blunt has narrowly escaped criminal charges for an alleged hit and run incident at a Hollywood party earlier this year.
The You're Beautiful singer and his then-girlfriend Petra Nemcova were leaving a party at Hollywood agent Bryan Lourd's house when Blunt reportedly drove his black SUV over the leg of an autograph seeker.
A spokesperson for the Los Angeles city attorney's office says, "We've decided not to file any charges. We reserve the right to file charges at any time."
