Hilton Threatens To Sue Over MTV Sketch

Paris Hilton is threatening to sue MTV today if it airs a comedy sketch she filmed mocking her drunk driving arrest.

In the clip, the socialite advertises her What Would Paris Do bracelets in a fake commercial. She is seen being pulled over by the police for driving under the influence. When she consults her bracelet and begins to dance with the officer, she is let off by the cop who tells her, "I can't arrest you, you're too fabulous."

The scene was shot on January 4th, before her 27 February arrest for driving on a suspended license, which violated a 36-month probation order she was handed after pleading no contest to alcohol-related reckless driving in January. She was originally arrested for driving under the influence last September.

The sketch is so embarrassing for the hotel heiress, her lawyers have demanded Mtv scrap the sketch - due to be screened later today.
