Hathaway: 'No Name, No Autograph'

Hollywood actress Anne Hathaway is fed up of signing autographs for people who don't even know her name.

The Devil Wears Prada star feels let down when so-called fans only recognise her from her first big movie - The Princess Diaries - released six years ago.

She says, "It maybe still hasn't hit me that I am really famous. But people still come up to me and say, 'Are you the girl from The Princess Diaries?' They often don't know my name.

"In those circumstances I sometimes just say no. I've signed enough autographs as Princess Mia (whose character she plays in the film). If you don't know my name, maybe don't ask for my autograph."
