Nelly And Ashanti 'Not Engaged'

Rapper Nelly has rubbished reports he is engaged to girlfriend Ashanti.

According to reports, the Hot In Herre star popped the question over the Christmas holiday, three years after they began dating.

But a publicist for their label Universal Records tells AllHipHop.com the rumours are untrue - Nelly is too busy working on his forthcoming sixth album.
