Tatoo No. 4 For Lindsay

Lindsay Lohan has added another tattoo to her growing collection. The superstarlet got a tiny white heart between her thumb and index finger on her left hand during a 3 a.m. visit to a West Hollywood tattoo parlor last week.

Lohan was accompanied by main squeeze Harry Morton, who got a cross tattoo on an unspecified part of his anatomy, and L.A. nightlife priestess Amanda Scheer-Demme during the late-night stop at Mark Mahoney's Shamrock Social Club, a staffer there told us.

Lohan already had the word "Breathe" tattooed on her right wrist and a tiny star inside her left wrist. Most famously, she has "La Bella Vita" inked on her lower back - Italian for "The Good Life." As we reported yesterday, Lohan was briefly hospitalized this week after she collapsed on the L.A. set of "Georgia Rule."

Her publicist said Lohan, who had been out clubbing with Morton the night before, was "overheated and dehydrated."
