Pink Lines Up First Starring Film Role

Pop music star Pink will make her feature film debut in the upcoming horror thriller "Catacombs."

Pink, whose real name is Alecia Moore, shot the film with director David Elliot during the spring in Romania. She co-stars with Shannyn Sossamon as sisters caught in the underground catacombs of Paris.

"It's pretty intense," Pink said. "It's not only a sort of slasher type, scary movie; it's also psychological and shows how mean and cruel siblings can be to one another. I liked that part of it."

No release date has been set for the film.

Pink, meanwhile, is on the road to support her fourth album, "I'm Not Dead," which she released in April. She plans to tour into 2007.
