MTV Movie Awards Airs Thursday, June 8th

The 2006 MTV Movie Awards will be airing on Thursday, June 8th at 9pm ET/PT with host Jessica Alba.

For the first year ever the Movie Awards is entirely viewer-voted. Although the voting is finished, people can go to the site for more information about the presenters and performers, view clips of the nominees and photos.

The performers for this year's awards are AFI, Christina Aguilera, and Gnarls Barkley. Christina will be performing the world premiere of her new song, "Ain't No Other Man".
