Pinkett Smith Puts Her Movie Career On Hold To Rock On

Jada Pinkett Smith has stalled filming scenes in Adam Sandler comedy Empty City so she can concentrate on her heavy rock group's tour.

The Matrix Reloaded star signed up to film last month, but when Sevendust's US tour was extended she chose to rock on with her group Wicked Wisdom, who are playing support on the road.

The actress says, "I just asked the film people to shoot later. They were cool with it. I've been acting a while now, so I've got a little more pull."
