Former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell is reportedly expecting a baby with her secret lover, British scriptwriter Sacha Gervasi.
The 33-year-old singer has been dating Gervasi, who wrote hit movie The Terminal, since June, and is delighted at the prospect of becoming a first-time mom in the spring.
A pal says, "Geri is thrilled to be pregnant.
"Although it is totally unexpected she can't wait to be a mum.
"It's the best thing that could happen to her."
