Valderrama Lands A Spot In Thomas' Video

Actor Wilmer Valderrama is thrilled to have landed a spot in the video for Rob Thomas' new single Ever The Same, because he credits the rocker with helping him learn English.

Although Valderrama, 25, was born in the Us, he and his family left for Spanish-speaking Venezuela when he was a young child, eventually moving to Los Angeles in 1994.

And Valderrama, who met Thomas at a party earlier this year, has now been able to thank his idol personally, after agreeing to appear in his new music video.

He says, "When I was learning to speak English, his CD was one of the first purchases I ever made. I was able to sing in English because of his songs, so you know I'm a fan."
