Penguin Film Beating War Of The Worlds Per-screen

A little documentary about migrating penguins has been declared the hit of the summer in America - as far as individual screenings are concerned.
March Of The Penguins, which cost just $8 million to make, is making more money per screen than Tom Cruise's summer blockbuster War Of The Worlds.
The film opened in just 20 cinemas late last month but made $7,000 more per screen than War of The Worlds.
The sleeper hit about Antarctica's emperor penguins and their arduous annual trek to their breeding grounds has made $750,000 so far on limited release.
