The Irresistible singer has beat out the likes of Jennifer Lopez, Lindsay Lohan and Halle Berry to receive the title from US publication In Touch Weekly.
Industry sources tell the magazine that the more a star gets photographed on red carpets, the more free goodies they get - making popular Simpson a clear winner.
