Actress-turned-singer Lindsay Lohan was too ill to perform songs from her debut album on American morning show Live With Regis And Kelly on Thursday (Dec 9th, 2004).
The Mean Girls star claimed she has contracted laryngitis, after Monday's (Dec 6th, 2004) tabloid allegations claimed she mimed the words of her two tracks Rumors and Over on live TV show Good Morning America.
While Lohan was happy to chat to hosts Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa about her burgeoning pop career, she chose not to perform.
She said, "I was going to sing but my throat is just really sore."
