Lopez Backs Out Of Olympic Event

Jennifer Lopez has pulled out of today's Olympic Torch ceremony in New York, as she continues her self-imposed exile from the media.

Sources claim the singer is desperate to stay out of the limelight while the world's press desperately seek information about her marriage to Marc Anthony - earlier this month - and has set strict punishments for employees or friends who reveal any of her secrets.

A source tells American news site Pagesix.com, "No one is allowed to talk about her to anyone.

"If they are an employee and they leak stories, they will be fired.

"If they are a friend, they will be shut out."
