Justin and Cameron's Cannes Ban

Justin Timberlake and Cameron Diaz stunned party organisers at the Cannes Film Festival by reportedly refusing to be photographed together.

Vanity Fair and MTV party organisers at the South of France event warned photographers that any defiance of the ban would be taken "very seriously".

Planners of the MTV party, held at Le Palais Orientale, went to great lengths to accommodate the couple's wishes - only for them not to turn up.

A source said: "It was a disappointment they didn't turn up. Apparently, Cameron and Justin weren't hot on attending after finding out there wasn't a special VIP area and they would have had to mix with everybody else. It's a shame, they missed a great party."

Earlier that day, a team of emergency make-up artists were called in before Cameron appeared at the premiere of her latest movie, 'Shrek 2' - after she had broken out in pimples.

Sources claim beauty experts spent two hours trying to cover the 31-year-old's red-rashed face.

A source said: "The spots erupted the night before. But the make-up artists did a great job of covering them up."

Meanwhile, Cameron and Justin formed a pop group with actors Jack Black and Mike Myers, after finding a studio aboard luxury yacht The Kartoosh.
