J.Lo Blasts Stress With Power Yoga

Heartbroken superstar Jennifer Lopez has immersed herself in ashtanga power yoga sessions to help her get over her split from fiance Ben Affleck.
Last month, the New York native announced the end of her engagement to her Gigli co-star, following months of speculation over the couple's future together.
And J.Lo, who made her first official public appearance after the split at the recent Golden Globe Awards, is now supplementing her five-day-a-week workout with celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson with three to four weekly yoga sessions with Mark Blanchard.
Blanchard, founder of Progressive Power Yoga, says, "Jennifer is a temple of strength. She's getting to a more de-stressed place, spiritually, mentally and emotionally."
