Witherspoon: 'my Husband Is So Brave'

Hollywood starlet REESE WITHERSPOON has hailed her husband Ryan Phillippe's bravery in openly admitting he's seeing a psychotherapist.

The sexy actress - who picked up a $16 million pay check for her role in movie sequel Legally Blonde 2: Red, White and Blonde - insists she and her actor partner are "real people" who would never want to present themselves as "perfect".

She says, "I think it was very brave and honest of him to say that. A lot of people tend to put a negative stigma on psychotherapy and I don't think there's a lot of reason to do so.

"Ryan and I are very much real people. I never want to represent the idea that he's perfect or I'm perfect. I come from Tennessee and he comes from Delaware - it's not like we've grown up in castles living magical movie star lives."
