Young actress Anna Paquin has been taking on the boys at arm wrestling - and beating them hands down.

The heroine of X-Men 2 was out drinking with her co-stars, Shawn Ashmore and Aaron Stanford at the plush Regency Hotel on Friday night when she challenged them to a match - and won.

But when the competition became a little too boisterous, a member of staff told them to quieten down or leave - so the group took the second option.
