Britney And Justin Avoid Awards Show Meeting

Britney Spears managed to avoid ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake at the MTV Music Video Awards - by making a quick exit before he performed on stage.

The ceremony, which is the first public function the pair have both attended since their split, was staging the first ever solo performance by Timberlake.

Instead of taking her place in the audience, Britney slipped out of the side door of New York's Radio City Music Hall, after presenting an award to Michael Jackson, managing to avoid seeing her former beau at all.
