Speilberg Praises Tom Cruise

Director Steven Speilberg has praised his latest star Tom Cruise for his "selflessness" as an actor.

The Oscar-winning filmmaker insists the actor has no inflated ego and is very humble when it comes to accepting that other people's ideas are better than his. He is also very supportive with his lesser-known fellow actors.

Spielberg, whose latest film - starring Cruise - "Minority Report" was released this month, explains, "It's amazing to see Tom, who's one of the biggest stars in the world, come out of his trailer to feed lines to another actor."

"Tom will suddenly hear I'm shooting something, just a line or two, and I haven't called him and he'll come running. He's like Tom Hanks that way."
