Britney Spears is boosting her popularity with a wireless fan club.
The singer has joined forces with New York wireless network WFX to launch a service where fans will receive voicemail messages from the pop princess herself.
For $19.99 devotees can buy a three-month subscription which offers "surprise" voice and text messages from Britney.
Jed Alpert, president and chief executive officer of WFX, plans to start wireless fan clubs for other entertainers.
