Buffy Star Ruled Out Dating Celebs

Before meeting fiance Freddie Prinze Jr, actress Sarah Michelle Gellar made it a policy of refusing to date actors. She made a pact with herself to avoid relationships within the showbiz industry, but was forced to drop her philosophy when she met Freddie.

Sarah says, "I used to say I don't date in the industry, so it was really new to me. And we had a good six or seven months before anyone knew."

"With Freddie it's been a little difficult in the sense that I've never really had a public relationship."

"How much do you talk about it? If you say nothing, it makes them thirst for more. But you can't just sit there and complain, 'I have no privacy.' When you take on this job, it's something you're aware of."
